Ingredients for wrapper:
300 grams of white glutinous rice flour
50 grams of steamed potato, grind
75 grams of refined sugar

200 ml of warm water

Ingredients for fillings:
100 grams of peeled green beans, soak it for 1 hour

100 ml coconut milk from 1/4 coconut

1. Filling steps: steam green beans 20 minutes. Lift it up. Then, grind it until evenly smooth. Add sugar, pandan leaves, salt, and coconut milk into it. Cook it while stirring it frequently until smooth. Add cheese. Stir evenly. Lift it up. Set it aside until it is cool. Weigh 10 grams each. Make a round shape out of it.
2. Wrapper steps: mix white glutinous rice flour, potatoes, refined sugar, and salt altogether. Stir evenly. Pour warm water little by little while kneading it until smooth and somewhat has glossy-like texture.
3. Weigh 20 grams each. Flatten it. Put the filling inside it. Make a round shape out of it. Dip it in the water. Roll it over the beans.
4. Fry in oil that is not too hot over low heat while stirring, stirring until fluffy. Increase the heat to medium. Fry until it is well- cooked.
