Ingredients

3 medium size snapper, cut into 3 parts

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1 lemongrass stalk, contuse

3 pieces of orange leaf

1 small bunch of basil, take the leaves

1 red tomato, chopped

3 large red chilies cut 1 cm long

2 green chilies cut 1 cm long

500 ml of water

Oil for sautéing seasonings and frying the fish

Ingredients to ground altogether:

6 red onions

2 cloves of garlic

4 candlenut, roasted

3 cm turmeric, burn

Cooking Steps
