Yields             : 6 servings

Ingredients

250 grams of white tofu, puree

150 grams of anchovy terrain, wash clean

1 egg, shake it off

2 small leeks, finely sliced

3 pieces of banana leaf, to wrap

1 1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

12 sticks, for pinning

Ingredients for ground spices:

2 cm turmeric, burn

2 candlenuts, roasted

5 shallots

2 cloves of garlic

Complementary Spices:

6 lemongrass stems, take the white part, contuse

30 grams of basil leaves

6 red cayenne peppers

Cooking Steps

1. Mix the pepes together with the spices, salt and pepper powder.

2. Take a banana leaf. Give a lemongrass, cayenne pepper, and basil. Spoon the anchovy mixture. Wrap the pepes. Pin the stick to the edges.

3. Steam in steaming that has been heated over medium heat until cooked.

4. If you like, pepes can be burned until fragrant. Serve while still lukewarm.
