7 blocks of tofu
5 shield aralia leaves
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 chilis, cut digonally
1 bay leaf
1 cm piece of galangal, crushed
1 tsp shrimp petis paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
200 ml coconut milk
2 cooking oil

Cooking Steps

1. Heat oil on a skillet. Once simmers, add garlic, chillis, bay leaf, galangal, and black shrimp paste. Stir on a medium heat until fragrant.
