Ingredients for outer part:
500 gram sweet potato, steam, puree
25 grams of glutinous rice flour
3 tablespoons of grated young coconut
1/4 teaspoon salt 500 ml of oil, for frying
Ingredients for fillings:
300 grams of pineapple, cut into squares
2 tablespoons of palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
30 grams of grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of margarine, for sauteing
Ingredients for topping:
30 grams of starch sugar
1. Filling steps: heat up the margarine. Add pineapple. Add palm sugar and cinnamon. Stir evenly. Lift it up and set it aside.
2. Outer part steps: mix sweet potatoes, sticky rice flour, grated coconut, and salt altogether. Stir evenly.
3. Take a little sweet potato dough. Flatten it. Put in the filling. Add grated cheese. Make a round shape out of it.
4. Fry the round dough in the oil that has been heated in medium heat until it is fully cooked.
5. Serve it with icing sugar that is poured in sparsely.
