Ingredients

500 ml of low fat milk

500 grams of soursop that is already blended

125 grams of granulated sugar

2 tablespoons of cornstarch

300 grams of soursop meat, remove the seeds

1/4 teaspoon salt

2,000 grams of ice cubes

1,000 grams of coarse salt

Cooking Steps

1. Boil milk, blended soursop and cornstarch until it starts boiling. Add soursop meat. Stir evenly. Let it cools down for awhile.

2. Pour into the ice machine that has been filled with ice cubes and coarse salt beside it

3. Turn the ice puter machine for 20 minutes. Serve the soursop ice cream.
