Yields: 16 balls
500 grams cassava, steamed then crushed
3/4 teaspoon salt
500 ml cooking oil
Filling Ingredient:
190 gram dark chocolate, chopped.
1. Mix well cassava and salt
2. Take a handful of dough. Put dark chocolate on it.
3. Round the dough. Fry filled dough over a medium-fire pan. Fry until brown.
4. Serve fried cassava with chocolate filling with iced sweet tea.
