Sayur Gambas (Gambas Soup with Glass Noodles), a perfect food for less-calory diet

Yields: 3 portions
1 gambas, chopped
5 fish balls, sliced
25 gram , boiled then dried
1,000 ml chicken broth
3 shallots, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 leek, chopped to 1 cm
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 fried shallots as topping
1. Heat chicken broth on a pan. Add shallots and garlic into the pan. Mix until fragrant.
2. Add gambas and fish balls into the pain. Stir until boiled.
3. Add fried shallots and glass noodles.
4. Serve with a bowl of steamed rice.
