Bubur Jagung for Morning's Booster

Ingredients

400 grams of corn comb, coarse blender

600 ml coconut milk, from 1/2 coconut

100 grams of granulated sugar

1/8 teaspoon of vanilla powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons of sago flour, dissolve in 2 teaspoons of water

Supplementary ingredients:

15 grams of Chinese henna, boiled, drained

1 young coconut, long dredged flesh

Cooking Steps

1. Cook coconut milk, corn, and sugar while stirring it until it is bubbling. Add vanilla powder. Mix well.

2. Thicken the texture with sago flour. Cook while stirring it evenly, wait until popping. Lift.

3. Serve the grits with complementary ingredients.
