Yields : 300 gram
250 grams of oncom, finely chopped
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 scallion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of cooking oil for sautéing
Ingredients for Ground spices:
6 large red chilies
4 red cayenne peppers
3 cm kencur
8 red onions
1. Heat the oil. Sauté ground spices and bay leaves until they smell good.
2. Add oncom, salt and sugar while stirring it until it smells good.
3. Stir until it dries and the seasoning absorbs thoroughly.
4. Pour the scallions on top of it. Mix well.
