6 pairs of chicken liver gizzard
500 ml of water
3 cloves of crushed garlic

2 cm of ginger mixed
3 pieces of orange leaf discarded bone leaves
Material for soup:
1,500 ml of water
2 pieces of chicken thigh top down
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
5 sliced shallots
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 stalk finely sliced scallions
1 tablespoon of oil for sautéing

2 tablespoons fried shallots for sprinkling

1. For Timlo: boil the gizzard liver with water, garlic, salt, pepper, ginger, and orange leaves until cooked. Remove and drain. Cut into pieces.
2. For soup: boil water and chicken legs until it is tender. Measure 1,300 ml of the broth. Lift. Take the meat. Cut into pieces. Heat the oil. Sauté the garlic, onion until it smells good. Pour into chicken stew. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until it boils and smells good. Add the leeks. Mix well.
