300g tempe, chopped
3 bay leaves
2 cm galangal
5 tablespoons palm sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
500ml coconut water
10 skewers
Ingredients to grind:
2 garlic cloves
6 shallots
1 teaspoon coriander seed
1. Boil half of ground paste, tempeh, bay leaves, galangal, palm sugar, and salt with coconut water. Boil until fragrant.
2. Pierce tempe with skewers. Marinate skewered tempeh with the rest of ground paste then grill them on pan until brown.
