Ingredients

300 gram nile tilapia fish fillet, diced into 2x2 cm

100 gram corn starch

Sauce Ingredients:

1/2 onion, chopped

3 tomatoes, boiled, peeled, and chopped. 

200 ml water

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon basil leaves

Cooking Steps

1. To make sauce, stir-fry onion until fragrant. Add tomatoes and water. Stir until boiled. 

2. Add tomato sauce, salt, white pepper, oregano, and basil. Boil until bubbles are seen. 

3. Cover fillet with corn startch. Fry until brown. 

4. Serve fried fish with sauce.
