450 gram ready-to-use grass jelly
400 gram shaved ice
Coconut milk ingredients:
150 ml coconut milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 pandan leaf
Syrup Ingredients:
200 gram brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 pandan leaf
100 ml water
Cooking Steps
1. Boil all of coconut milk ingredients. Stir until aromatic. Set aside.
2. Boil all of syrup ingredients until well-boiled. Filter and chill
3. Serve grass jelly, syrup, coconut milk, and shaved ice in a glass.
