Ingredients

200 gram all-purpose flour

25 gram rice flour

1 egg

250 coconut milk

100 gram carrot, chopped in small batons

100 gram bean sprout

1 piece (or 300 gram) tofu, sliced

600 ml frying oil

Gound into moist paste

2 shallots

2 cloves onion

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon coriander seed

1 teaspoon salt

Cooking Steps

1. Put flour, rice flour, and grounded ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well while add egg and coconut oil.

2. Put carrot, bean sprout, and sliced tofu, and green onion to the batter. Mix until smooth.

3. Heat cooking oil in medium heat. Put batter in a scoop size to heated oil and fry until brown.
