500 gram potato, peel then dice
3 smoked beef, dice then boil
1 egg, beat until blend
1 green onion, chop
1 1/2 tablespoon fried shallot, ground roughly
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon powdered nutmeg
1 tablespoon celery, slice
1 egg for dipping the dough, beat until blend
500 ml cooking oil
1. Heat oil on medium heat. Fry potatoes until well-cooked
