Cooking Steps
- Heat the oil. Saute ground spices blend until fragrant. Set aside on the edge of the pan.
- Add eggs. Scramble.
- Add rice, sweet soy sauce, and salt. Stir well.
- Add the chicken, choy sum, cabbage, and scallion. Stir well. Cook until well done.
- Serve with toppings and crispy shallots.
- Nasi Goreng Ayam (Chicken Fried Rice) is ready to serve.
