Meatball Fried Noodles

When you get bored of eating rice for lunch and dinner, fried noodle can be a perfect choice. a plate of meatball fried noodles is suitable to cook for kids and easy to make as well.

Meatball Fried Noodles

Ingredients

noodle ingredients
1 pack dried egg noodles, soaked in hot water until soft,drained
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce

ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor sauteing
2 eggs, beaten
1 chicken leg, boiled,shredded
7 beef meatballs, sliced
75 grams cabbage,sliced
4 stems choy sumcut into pieces
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
100 ml chicken stock
2 scallions, sliced diagonally
1 celery, chopped

ground spices blend:
4 cloves garlic
5 cloves shallot,fried
3 candlenuts, toasted

Cooking Steps

  1. Glaze noodles with sweet soy sauce and light soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil. Sauté ground spices blend until fragrant. 
  3. Add eggs. Stir it until granuled. Set aside on the edge of the pan.
  4. Add shredded chicken and beef meatballs. Stir well. 
  5. Add cabbage and choy sum. Stir it until softened.
  6. Add in light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well. 
  7. Pour in chicken stock. Cook it until the stock is absorbed into the ingredients and the vegetables are softened.
  8. Add noodles. Stir it until well-cooked. 
  9. Add scallion and celery. Stir well. 
  10. Remove from heat. Meatball Fried Noodles is ready to serve.
