Sesame Fried Noodles

The combination of sesame oil, toasted sesame, oyster sauce and other fresh ingredients makes a plate of this fried noodles very tempting. try this sesame fried noodles recipe at home and enjoy its nutty flavor.

Sesame Fried Noodles

Ingredients

200 grams dried egg noodles,boiled,
3 cloves garlic,chopped
1/2 onion, finely sliced
50 grams shrimp,peeled,
1 egg, beaten
50 grams carrot,sliced
50 grams mung bean sprouts
100 grams tofu, cut into pieces,fried
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
100 ml water
1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame
1 scallion, sliced
2 tablespoons cooking oilfor sautéing

noodles seasoning (stir)
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce

Cooking Steps

  1. Glaze noodles with its seasoning. Stir well.
  2. Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. 
  3. Add in shrimp. Stir until its color changes. Set aside on the edge of the pan. 
  4. Add eggs. Stir it until granuled. 
  5. Add carrots, mung bean sprouts and tofu. Stir it until softened. 
  6. Add water, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir it well. Bring them to boil.
  7. Add in noodles, sesame oil, sesame and scallion. Cook it until the liquid is fully absorbed into the noodles. Remove from heat. Sesame fried noodles are ready to serve.
