Acehnese Fried Noodles
Ingredients
300 grams lo mi(big round noodles)
1 tomato, diced
100 grams chicken fillet,diced into 1/2 cm chunks
150 grams mung bean sprouts
1 scallion, cut into 1 cm pieces
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
100 ml chicken stock
1 tablespoon vegetable oilfor frying
ground spices blend
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon white peppercorn
3 candlenuts
2 cm turmeric,toasted
Cooking Steps
- Heat cooking oil on the pan. Sautee ground spices blend until fragrant.
- Add chicken. Stir until it changes color.
- Add tomato. Stir well.
- Add noodles, scallion, chili sauce, curry powder, sweet soy sauce, and chili powder. Stir well.
- Add salt and sugar. Stir well. Pour in chicken stock. Cook until all ingredients are well done.
- Add mung bean sprouts. Stir well. Remove from heat.
- Acehnese Fried Noodles are ready to serve.
