Beef Tripe Fried Noodles
Ingredients
200 grams round egg noodles,boiled,
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce
1 tomato, chopped
2 cloves garlic,finely chopped
150 grams beef tripe,cleaned, boiled until tender, sliced lengthwise
75 grams mung bean sprouts
3 stalks choy sum,cut into pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
200 ml water
1 scallion, sliced diagonally
3 tablespoons oilfor sautéing
ground spices blend
4 cloves shallot
3 cloves garlic
2 curly red chili peppers
2 large red chili peppers,deseeded
Cooking Steps
- Glaze noodles with sweet soy sauce and light soy sauce. Set it aside.
- Heat cooking oil on the pan. Sauté garlic and ground spices blend until fragrant.
- Add tomato. Stir it until softened. Set aside on the edge of the pan.
- Add beef tripe. Stir well.
- Add in mung bean sprouts and choy sum. Stir it until slightly softened.
- Add in noodles. Stir. Sprinkle it with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir well.
- Pour in water. Stir it until all ingredients are well-cooked.
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle Beef Tripe Fried Noodles with scallion. Stir well.
