Fried Rice Balls
Ingredients
1/4 onion, finely chopped
50 grams boiled chicken breast,diced
1 egg, beaten
400 grams cold white rice
50 grams sweet corn kernels
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
2 tablespoons margarinefor frying
2 tablespoons cooking oilfor frying
3 chicken sausages, cut into 1 1/2 cm chunks
coating:
3 eggs, beaten
75 grams coarse breadcrumbs
Cooking Steps
- Heat margarine on the pan. Saute onion until fragrant.
- Add chicken. Stir until it is no longer pink. Set aside the edge of the pan.
- Add eggs. Stir it until granuled.
- Add rice, sweet corn kernels, tomato sauce, salt, chicken bouillon powder, and pepper. Cook it until well done.
- Take a small amount of fried rice. Fill it with chicken sausage. Form it into balls.
- Dip the balls into the egg. Roll them in coarse breadcrumbs.
- Fry it in the mixture of cooking oil and margarine until golden. Remove it from heat.
- Fried Rice Balls are ready to be served.
