Fried Rice Balls

Ingredients

1/4 onion, finely chopped
50 grams boiled chicken breast,diced
1 egg, beaten
400 grams cold white rice
50 grams sweet corn kernels
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
2 tablespoons margarinefor frying
2 tablespoons cooking oilfor frying
3 chicken sausages, cut into 1 1/2 cm chunks

coating:
3 eggs, beaten
75 grams coarse breadcrumbs

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat margarine on the pan. Saute onion until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken. Stir until it is no longer pink. Set aside the edge of the pan. 
  3. Add eggs. Stir it until granuled.
  4. Add rice, sweet corn kernels, tomato sauce, salt, chicken bouillon powder, and pepper. Cook it until well done.
  5. Take a small amount of fried rice. Fill it with chicken sausage. Form it into balls.
  6. Dip the balls into the egg. Roll them in coarse breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry it in the mixture of cooking oil and margarine until golden. Remove it from heat.
  8. Fried Rice Balls are ready to be served.
