White Fried Rice

This fried rice is plain-colored since it does not use red chili pepper and sweet soy sauce. it makes this white fried rice tastes more savory. try this recipe at home and taste its delicious flavor.

White Fried Rice

Ingredients

500 grams cold white rice
1 egg, beaten
75 grams chicken fillet,diced
1 chicken sausage, sliced
2 cloves garlic,finely chopped
50 grams mixed vegetable
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
1 scallion, finely sliced
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Cooking Steps

  1. Heat cooking oil on the pan. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add eggs. Stir it until granuled. 
  3. Add chicken fillets and chicken sausage. Stir it until the color changes.
  4. Add in mixed vegetable. Stir it until softened. 
  5. Add white rice, fish sauce, salt, pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and scallion. Stir it until all ingredients are cooked. Remove from heat.
  6. White Fried Rice is ready to serve.
