Choux pastry with fried noodle is very easy to cook. just follow this recipe.

Fried Noodles Choux Pastry

Ingredients

150 ml water
50 grams margarine
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
150 grams all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs
100 grams dried egg noodles,boiled, drained
100 grams shrimp,peeled, finely chopped
1 celery, sliced
vegetable oil for frying
Cooking Steps

  1. Bring the mixture of water, margarine, salt, pepper, and sugar to a boil.
  2. Add flour and baking powder. Stir it until smooth. Remove from heat. Let it cool.
  3. Add in egg. Mix it well.
  4. Add in egg noodles, shrimp, and celery. Stir well.
  5. Form the dough into small balls with spoon. Fry it over medium-heat until well-cooked and golden yellow.
  6. Remove it from heat.
  7. Serve Fried Noodles Choux Pastry with chili sauce.
