Meatball Noodle Soup

Ingredients

200 grams egg noodles,boiled, drained
4 sheets dumpling wrap,fried
1 scallion, finely sliced

broth ingredients:
3 cloves garlic,fried, crushed
1 block beef bouillon powder
15 beef meatballs, scratched with an ‘x’ form to make flower.
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
3 stems choy sum,cut into pieces
1,250 ml water

Cooking Steps

  1. Boil the mixture of water and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add in beef bouillon powder and beef meatballs. Bring it to boil.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and choy sum. Cook it until the choy sum is slightly softened.
  4. Put noodles on a bowl. Drench it with meatballs soup.
  5. Serve this Meatball Noodle Soup with fried dumpling crackers and a sprinkle of sliced scallions.
