Meatball Noodle Soup
Ingredients
200 grams egg noodles,boiled, drained
4 sheets dumpling wrap,fried
1 scallion, finely sliced
broth ingredients:
3 cloves garlic,fried, crushed
1 block beef bouillon powder
15 beef meatballs, scratched with an ‘x’ form to make flower.
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
3 stems choy sum,cut into pieces
1,250 ml water
Cooking Steps
- Boil the mixture of water and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in beef bouillon powder and beef meatballs. Bring it to boil.
- Add salt, pepper, and choy sum. Cook it until the choy sum is slightly softened.
- Put noodles on a bowl. Drench it with meatballs soup.
- Serve this Meatball Noodle Soup with fried dumpling crackers and a sprinkle of sliced scallions.
