Noodle and Vegetable Fritters

Ingredients

100 grams all-purposeflour
1 egg, beaten
75 ml water
50 grams egg noodles,boiled, drained, cut into pieces
5 cabbage leaf, finely sliced
50 grams mung bean sprouts
1 scallion, finely sliced
1 celery, finely chopped
2 red chili peppers,deseeded, julienned
vegetable oil for frying

ground spices blend:
4 cloves shallot
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Cooking Steps

  1. Mix well ground spices blend, flour, eggs and water.
  2. Add egg noodles, cabbage, mung bean sprouts, scallion, celery, and red chili pepper. Mix it well.
  3. Heat vegetable oil on the pan. Spoon the batter into the hot oil. Fry it until golden brown. Remove it from heat.
  4. Noodle and Vegetable Fritters are ready to serve.
