Fried Noodles with Quail Eggs
Ingredients
200 grams wide egg noodles,boiled, drained
5 beef meatballs, cut into six pieces each
15 quail eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
3 cabbage leaf,finely sliced
50 grams snow pea,trimmed
3 cloves garlic,finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
3 teaspoons sweet soy sauce
1½ teaspoon light soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 scallion, finely slicedfor garnish
2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor sautéing
2 celery, sliced for garnish
Cooking Steps
- Heat cooking oil on the pan. Saute garlic until fragrant. Set aside to the edge of the pan.
- Add eggs. Stir it until granuled.
- Add meatballs, quail eggs, cabbage, and peas. Stir it well.
- Add in noodles and sweet soy sauce. Stir it well.
- Add light soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir it well until all ingredients are well-cooked. Remove from heat.
- Serve Quail Eggs Fried Noodles with a sprinkle of scallion and celery.
