Beef Ribs and Meatball Soup

Ingredients

500 grams beef ribs
1,750 ml water
12 beef meatballs,sliced
1 tomato, diced
1 celery, chopped
1 scallion, cut into 1 cm pieces
2 cloves
1 cm cinnamon
2 cm ginger,smashed
1/2 nutmeg
2 cloves garlic,fried, crushed
1¾ teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
Cooking Steps

  1. Boil beef ribs in high-pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Separate beef ribs from the broth and set it aside.
  2. Add water to broth into 1750 ml. Add ribs, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and garlic. Boil it until fragrant.
  3. Add meatballs, salt, pepper, tomatoes, celery, and scallions. Cook it until the liquid is bubbling. Remove it from heat.
