Beef Ribs and Meatball Soup
Ingredients
500 grams beef ribs
1,750 ml water
12 beef meatballs,sliced
1 tomato, diced
1 celery, chopped
1 scallion, cut into 1 cm pieces
2 cloves
1 cm cinnamon
2 cm ginger,smashed
1/2 nutmeg
2 cloves garlic,fried, crushed
1¾ teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
Cooking Steps
- Boil beef ribs in high-pressure cooker for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Separate beef ribs from the broth and set it aside.
- Add water to broth into 1750 ml. Add ribs, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and garlic. Boil it until fragrant.
- Add meatballs, salt, pepper, tomatoes, celery, and scallions. Cook it until the liquid is bubbling. Remove it from heat.
