Honey Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
1 whole chicken,cut into 10 pieces
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ketchup
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 cloves garlic,crushed
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon black peppercorn,coarsely ground
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons margarine,melted
Cooking Steps
1. Mix lemon juice, ketchup, oyster sauce, garlic, honey, black pepper, salt, and margarine. Stir well.
2. Marinate chicken with the honey mixture. Let it set for 1 hour in refrigerator. Place it on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and greased with margarine.
3. Roast in a preheated 190o Celsius for 30 minutes until it is cooked and browned. While grilling, glaze it occasionally with remaining marinade sauce. Turn it over once in a while to help it cooked evenly. Remove it from heat.
4. Honey Roasted Chicken is ready to serve.
