Worcestershire Sauce Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
1 broiler chicken,halved
2 cloves garlic,mashed into paste
2 cm ginger,crushed
½ tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
½ tablespoon sweet soy sauce
½ tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
1000 ml water
Cooking Steps
- Bring the mixture of water, garlic, ginger, light soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper to boil.
- Add chicken. Cook until the liquid is reduced and absorbed into the meat. Remove chicken from pan.
- Roast the chicken in a preheated 190oC oven (lower element only) for 15 minutes until browned and cooked. Remove it from heat.
- Worchestershire Sauce Roasted Chicken is ready to serve.
