Mixed Vegetables Stir-Fry
Ingredients
200 grams baby corn,sliced diagonally into 2 cm strips
150 grams mung bean sprouts,washed
150 grams straw mushroom,halved
1 carrot, julienned
2 garlic chives, chopped
10 fish meatballs, halved
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
150 ml water
2 scallions, sliced diagonally
1 tablespoon cooking oilfor sautéing
finely sliced spices blend:
2 curly red chili peppers
6 cloves shallot
2 cloves garlic
Cooking Steps
- Heat cooking oil on the pan. Sauté sliced spices blend until fragrant. Add baby corn, carrot, and straw mushroom. Stir it until softened. Add in mung bean sprouts. Stir well.
- Add salt and sugar. Stir well. Add water. Cook it until all ingredients are well-done. Add scallion. Stir well. Remove it from heat.
- Mixed Vegetables Stir-Fry is ready to serve.
