String Beans and Corn Stir-Fry

Vegetables are mandatory dishes during mealtime. there is no reason not to include vegetables in the menu since it is important for our digestive system. this string beans and corn stir-fry is one of the easiest vegetable dishes to cook. let's make it at home with our recipe!

String Beans and Corn Stir-Fry

Ingredients

200 grams string beans,sliced diagonally
100 grams corn,boiled, kernelled
5 chicken gizzards, boiled,sliced lengthwise
1 tablespoon tauco (soybean paste)sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
50 ml water

sliced spices blend:
5 cloves shallot
2 cloves garlic
3 curly red chili peppers

Cooking Steps

1. Sauté sliced spices blend until fragrant. Add in tauco. Stir well. Add chicken gizzards. Stir it well.
2. Add string beans and corn. Stir it. Pour in water. Stir it well.
3. Add salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook it until the liquid is reduced and the flavor is absorbed into the vegetables. Remove it from heat.
4. String Beans and Corn Stir-Fry is ready to serve.
