Chinese White Cabbage and Beef Stir-Fry
Ingredients
1 chinese white cabbage, cleaned,cut into small pieces
150 grams tenderloin beef,cut into 1x4 cm chunks
1 egg, beaten
3 cloves garlic,finely sliced
¼ onion, cut lengthwise
2 curly red chili peppers,roughly chopped
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons fish sauce
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
50 ml water
2 tablespoons cooking oilfor sautéing
Cooking Steps
- Heat cooking oil on the pan. Saute garlic, onion, and chili pepper until fragrant. Add egg, stir it until granuled.
- Add in beef. Stir it until it changes colour. Add Chinese white cabbage. Stir well.
- Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour in water. Cook it until the ingredients are well-cooked and the sauce is absorbed into the ingredients. Remove it from heat.
- Chinese White Cabbage and Beef Stir-Fry is ready to serve.
