Chinese White Cabbage and Beef Stir-Fry

Chinese white cabbage does not require long cooking time. if you want to cook it with beef, boil beef before cooking it or use juicier beef loin that has shorter cooking time. make sure the beef is cut in smaller size. now that you know the trick, let’s cook chinese white cabbage and beef stir-fry at home!

Chinese White Cabbage and Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 chinese white cabbage, cleaned,cut into small pieces
150 grams tenderloin beef,cut into 1x4 cm chunks
1 egg, beaten
3 cloves garlic,finely sliced
¼ onion, cut lengthwise
2 curly red chili peppers,roughly chopped
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons fish sauce
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
50 ml water
2 tablespoons cooking oilfor sautéing
Cooking Steps

  1. Heat cooking oil on the pan. Saute garlic, onion, and chili pepper until fragrant. Add egg, stir it until granuled.
  2. Add in beef. Stir it until it changes colour. Add Chinese white cabbage. Stir well.
  3. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Pour in water. Cook it until the ingredients are well-cooked and the sauce is absorbed into the ingredients. Remove it from heat.
  5. Chinese White Cabbage and Beef Stir-Fry is ready to serve.
