Black Pepper Beef and Bamboo Shoots Stir-Fry
Ingredients
300 grams bamboo shoots,cut into pieces
200 grams tenderloin beef,finely sliced
3 shitake mushrooms, soaked in water, sliced
3 dried chili peppers,cut into small pieces
3 cloves garlic,coarsely chopped
300 ml beef stock
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons sweet soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
¼ teaspoon sugar
1 scallion, sliced diagonally
2 tablespoons cooking oilfor sautéing
Cooking Steps
- Heat cooking oil on the pan. Sauté garlic and dried chili pepper until fragrant. Add in beef. Stir until it changes color. Add bamboo shoots and mushroom. Stir well.
- Pour in beef stock. Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, black pepper, and sugar. Cook until all ingredients are well-done and the sauce is thickened and reduced.
- Slightly before removing from heat, add scallion. Stir well. Remove it from heat.
- Black Pepper Beef and Bamboo Shoots Stir-Fry is ready to serve.
