Beef with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

250 grams tenderloin beef,finely sliced against the grain
2 onion, quartered
10 cloves shallot
2 large green chili peppers,sliced diagonally, deseeded
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons ketchup
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black peppercorn,roughly chopped
200 ml water
Cooking Steps

  1. Heat sugar on the pan until it forms light-browned caramel. Add in margarine. Stir until dissolved and mixed well.
  2. Add in onion, shallot, and large green chili pepper. Stir until soft. Add in beef. Stir until it changes color.
  3. Add in ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Stir well. Remove from heat.
  4. Beef with Caramel Sauce is ready to serve.
