Breaded Fried Beef
Ingredients
400 grams tenderloin beef,cut wide against the grain with 1 cm thickness, crushed until slightly widened, poked
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
50 grams all-purpose flourfor coating
2 eggs
cooking oil for sautéing
breading ingredients:
100 grams coarse breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon parsley,chopped
side dishes:
200 grams french fries
100 grams string beans,cut into 4 cm sticks, boiled
100 grams carrot,cut into 4x1 cm sticks, boiled
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper powder
margarine for sautéing
Cooking Steps
1. Rub beef with salt and pepper. Let it set for 15 minutes.
2. Coat beef with all-purpose flour. Dip it into egg. Coat it with breading ingredients.
3. Fry beef until golden brown. Remove from heat. Serve it with its side dishes (french fries and sautéed vegetables)
