Chicken Satay with Jerky Sauce

Ingredients

2 chicken thigh fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 chicken breast fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
30 bamboo skewers

blended marinade ingredients:
8 cloves shallot
½ toasted coriander seeds
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon chopped brown palm sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Cooking Steps

  1. Marinade chicken in the blended sauce. Let it set for 30 minutes.
  2. Skewer chicken thigh and breast alternatively.
  3. Grill skewers until browned and well-cooked. Glaze it with the rest of the marinade sauce while grilling it. Remove from heat.
  4. Chicken Satay with Jerky Sauce is ready to serve.
