Chicken Satay with Jerky Sauce
Ingredients
2 chicken thigh fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 chicken breast fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
30 bamboo skewers
blended marinade ingredients:
8 cloves shallot
½ toasted coriander seeds
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon chopped brown palm sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Cooking Steps
- Marinade chicken in the blended sauce. Let it set for 30 minutes.
- Skewer chicken thigh and breast alternatively.
- Grill skewers until browned and well-cooked. Glaze it with the rest of the marinade sauce while grilling it. Remove from heat.
