Simple Vegetable Clear Soup
Ingredients
4 cabbage, chopped
2 potatoes, cubed
2 carrot, sliced with 1 cm thickness
50 grams green beans,cut into small sticks
1 celery, knotted
1 scallion, knotted
5 beef meatballs, sliced
1,000 ml water
1 tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
1 block beef bouillon powder
1 tablespoon cooking oilfor sautéing
ground spices blend:
5 cloves shallot
2 cloves garlic
complements:
2 tablespoons crispy shallot
Cooking Steps
- Sauté ground spices blend until fragrant. Pour in water. Bring it to boil. Add celery and scallion.
- Add meatballs, potato, and carrot. Boil them until half-cooked.
- Add green beans, cabbage, salt, pepper, and beef bouillon block. Stir well and let them cooked. Remove from heat.
