Red Tomato Soup

Ingredients

1 chicken thigh fillet, cubed
3 red tomatoes
150 grams carrot,cut into 1 cm dices
100 grams green beans,cut into 1 cm pieces
3 cloves shallot,finely sliced
100 grams ketchup
1¼ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon beef bouillon powder
500 ml water
2 tablespoons margarinefor sautéing
Cooking Steps

  1. Bring 500 ml water to boil. Add tomato. Boil it for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Remove its seeds and peels. Blend it along with its boiled liquid into smooth liquid.
  3. Heat margarine on the cooking pot. Sauté shallot until fragrant. Add in chicken, carrots, and green beans. Stir well.
  4. Add in blended tomato, ketchup, salt, white pepper powder, nutmeg powder, sugar, and beef bouillon powder. Stir well.
  5. Pour in water. Continue stirring the soup until boiling and well-cooked. Remove from heat.
  6. Red Tomato Soup is ready to serve.
