Tofu and Three Chinese Cabbages Soup

Ingredients

250 grams chinese firm tofu,cubed
100 grams chinese white cabbage,cut into small pieces
5 stalks choy sum

100 grams pickled chinese mustard green, cut into small pieces, cleanly washed

4 cloves garlic, smashed

4 tablespoons fish sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 ½ teaspoons salt

¼ teaspoon white pepper powder

1 teaspoon sugar

2,000 ml chicken stock

1 scallion, finely chopped

Cooking Steps

  1. Boil chicken stock and garlic until bubbling.
  2. Add tofu, Chinese white cabbage, choy sum, pickled mustard greens, fish sauce, sesame oil, salt, white pepper powder, and sugar. Stir well.
  3. Cook until all ingredients are well-cooked and the liquid is boiling. Slightly before removing from heat, add in scallion. Stir well. Remove from heat.
  4. Tofu and Three Chinese Cabbages Soup is ready to serve.
