Chicken and Pickled Chinese Mustard Green Soup
Ingredients
200 grams pickled chinese mustard green,chopped
15 chicken wing tulips
1,500 ml chicken stock
2 green tomatoes, cut into small pieces
4 cloves garlic,finely sliced
1 cm ginger,sliced
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
½ teaspoon sugar
1 scallion, sliced with ½ cm thickness
Cooking Steps
- Boil chicken stock, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add in chicken wings tulips. Stir it until it changes color. Add in green tomatoes, fish sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Bring them to boil.
- Add in pickled Chinese mustard green, scallion, and celery. Cook it until all ingredients are well-cooked. Remove it from heat.
- Chicken and Pickled Chinese Mustard Green Soup is ready to serve.
