Mushroom Satay
Ingredients
200 grams oyster mushroom,shredded
1 scallion, cut into 2 cm pieces
2 cloves garlic,toasted, ground
1½ teaspoons sweet soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
6 bamboo skewers
Cooking Steps
1. Mix well mushroom, scallion, garlic, sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it set for 10 minutes.
2. Skewer mushroom along with scallions.
3. Grill it over a grilling pan until the mushroom is well-cooked. Remove from heat.
4. Mushroom satay is ready to serve.
