Dendeng Kecap (Soy Sauce Beef Jerky)
Ingredients
400 grams beef loin,sliced into wide pieces with ½ cm thickness
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
½ teaspoon tamarinddissolved in 1 tablespoon water
2 large red chili peppers,finely sliced,
ground spices blend:
6 cloves shallot
3 cloves garlic
1 cm ginger
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper powder
¼ teaspoon sugar
Cooking Steps
1. Mix well ground spices blend, sweet soy sauce, and tamarind juice.
2. Marinate beef in the mixture. Let it set for 30 minutes.
3. Fry beef until well done and cooked.
4. Dendeng Kecap (Soy Sauce Beef Jerky) with a sprinkle of sautéed chili pepper.
