Ketupat Ketan (Sticky Rice Cakes)
Ingredients
16 coconut leaf wrappers
1,000 grams sticky rice,soaked for two hours
11 litre water
2 tablespoons salt
Cooking Steps
1. Stuff the soaked sticky rice into the coconut leaf wrappers until it is 75% full.
2. Boil water and salt until bubbling.
3. Add in the rice-stuffed coconut leaf wrappers. Boil it for 6 hours.
4. Remove from heat and drain it.
5. Ketupat Ketan (Sticky Rice Cakes) is ready to serve.
