Beef and Mushroom Soy Sauce Stir-Fry

Ingredients

250 grams sukiyaki beef
½ onion, sliced lengthwise
2 cloves garlic,coarsely chopped
5 shitake mushroom, sliced
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1½ teaspoon mushroom soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
½ teaspoon sugar
100 ml water
1 scallion, cut into 2 cm pieces
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons cooking oilfor sautéing
Cooking Steps

1. Heat cooking oil on the pan. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add beef pieces by pieces. Stir until it changes color.
2. Add in mushroom. Stir until tender.
3. Add oyster sauce, mushroom soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
4. Pour in water. Cook until all ingredients are well done. Add scallion and sesame oil. Stir well. Remove from heat.
5. Beef and Mushroom Soy Sauce Stir-Fry is ready to serve.
