Crispy Noodle with Lime Leaves
100 grams dried egg noodles,boiled, drained
100 grams beef jerky,sliced lengthwise, soaked in hot water, briefly fried
3 cloves garlic,finely chopped
10 lime leaves, midribs removed, sliced
1 cm ginger,sliced
3 dried chili peppers,finely chopped
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon tamarind juice
1 tablespoon cooking oilfor sautéing
cooking oil for frying
1. Fry noodles over medium heat until done and dried.
2. Sauté garlic, lime leaves, ginger, and dried chili pepper until fragrant. Add in fish sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the liquid is thickened.
3. Add beef jerky and noodles. Stir until coated in sauce. Remove from heat.
4. Crispy Noodles with Lime Leaves is ready to serve. (250 grams)
