“Youth nowadays tends to show an interest in Korean cuisine. Therefore, we launch Korean BBQ Beef Ribs. It fuses savoury and sweet flavours that are familiar to Indonesians’ palates.”
Known for its extensive culinary options especially in Indonesian cuisine, Food Exchange and sTREATs restaurant also launches Pindang Iga Asam Pedas. It is a Sundanese food that combines spicy and sour flavours from fresh herbs.
Strict Health Protocol
To prevent the COVID-19 spread, Food Exchange and sTREATs restaurants have implemented hygiene improvement and other new normal procedures according to ALLSAFE Cleanliness and Prevention by Accor Hotels standards.
It is an international new protocol responding to the current pandemic and is directly inspected by Bureau Veritas.

Other new normal procedures are also implemented, such as: digital menu with QR code to minimize touchpoints, mask and other personal protective equipment for kitchen team, hygiene-guaranteed eating utensils, reduced seating capacity, keeping a safe distance between each seat, and conducting high-level disinfection regularly.
Korean BBQ Beef Ribs is priced at Rp 135.000++ per person. Pindang Iga Asam Pedas costs Rp 110.000 nett. You can order it at Food exchange or sTREATs restaurant from Novotel and ibis Styles Mangga Dua respectively.
