    Ingredients

    6 eggs

    1 tablespoon of soy sauce

    1/2 tablespoon of salt

    1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

    250 ml of water

    2 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing

    750 ml of cooking oil for frying

    Ingredients to grind:

    8 red onions

    2 cloves of garlic

    3 large red chilies

    2 curly red chilies

    1 tomato

    1 cm of ginger

    1 teaspoon shrimp paste


    Cooking Steps

    How to Make Balinese Fried Eggs:

    1. Fry each of the eggs one by one.

    2. Mash / grind the spices in a mortar.

    3. Saute the coarse mashed spices until fragrant.

    4. Insert fried eggs. Stir well.

    5. Add sweet soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir well.

    6. Pour water. Cook until the seasoning fully absorbed.

    7. Telur Ceplok Bumbu Bali is ready to be served.
