    Kitchenesia.com – As one of the world’s largest FMCG companies, Mondelez Indonesia celebrated the richness of Indonesia’s cuisines by organizing the one-and-only cheese festival in Indonesia.

    Festival Kuliner KRAFT (i.e KRAFT Culinary Festival) took place at Gasibu district, Bandung West Java on September 7-8, 2019.

    Thousands of cheese lovers accross the country were indulged in various of Indonesia’s cuisine that fused with KRAFT cheese product, from pastry, dessert, snacks, main courses, and even beverages.

    Due to the abundance of food served in the event, Indonesia’s record museum (MURI) aarded Festival Kuliner KRAFT as “The Most cheese-based food served in one event”.

    Festival Kulier KRAFT chose "Beragam Rasa Satu Keju" (Many Tastes, One Cheese) as the theme.

    As the most celebrated cheese product, KRAFT desires to have an impact in enriching Indonesia’s flavors by fusing them with cheese.

    “We wold like to inspire people in enriching Indonesia’s traditional food with cheese,” said Sachin Prasad, president director of Mondelez Indonesia on his speech.

    The creativity of Bandung people in creating traditional food fusion is aligned with KRAFT’s spirit.

    That’s why Bandung was chosen as the event’s venue.

    Festival Kuliner KRAFT also colaborated with local’s food vendors, especially small and medium-scale vendors across Bandung.

    Sachin Prasad credited to participated vendors who succeded this event in winning MURI prize.

    “We hope the title can inspire Indonesia’s food vendors to innovate and develop their business so that they can give positive impact in economic development of our country,” said Sachin.

    Besides cheese-based food hunting, celebrities also participated in food competition and talkshow with food blogger.

    Rendy Pradugo, Indonesia’s singer-songwriter, entertained attendances with his performance, stealing a moment or two to say "Cheeeeeese!" with the festival goers.
